Recipe:
Tail: 10 mm shank with 4 Molted olive and 4 Speckled FL Yellow Chartruese CDL hen cape feathers
Body: 15 mm shank with UV estaz and Molted Olive feather palmered
Body: 20 mm shank with UV estaz and Molted Olive feather palmered
Hook: Mustad 2 Titan X Wacky, using 50lb spyder wire to secure rear section to hook. Build body with Estaz and also Pearl Ice dubbing in a dubbing loop. Two sections then do 4 Fl yellow Chartruese feathers and 4 Molted olive feathers for the head. Add Jungle Cock for eyes. Solarez bone dry to finish the fly. Measures 3.5” overall.
