Body: Jorgensen Electric Blue SLF (Picked Out) Body

Hackle: Whiting American Cock Cape Dyed Fluorescent Green Chartreuse (Palmered front to back and counter wrapped with the rib)

Front Hackle: Black Laced Hen Saddle Dyed Orange
