Ken is a pro fly tier, rod maker, writer, photographer, illustrator, airbrush artist, retired draftsman and tooling engineer. Ken has been tying flies for over five decades. He is a Life Member of the International Federation of Fly-fishers, Trout Unlimited, North American Fishing Club, and United Fly-Tiers. He is on the Whiting Farms Pro Team and is also a field tester and adviser for fly fishing companies. He ties for clients and private collectors. Ken has fly fished extensively around the globe for both fresh and saltwater species. He has taught fly tying and fly fishing classes in both fresh and saltwater for Boy Scouts, Veterans, Wound Warriors, and Texas Parks & Wildlife as an Area Chief Instructor. Ken has appeared at numerous shows around the US and Canada. Ken is now serving on three pro teams, Daichii, Dr. Slick and Whiting Farms.
